Instructions:
Roughen lightly the new soles, to remove wax, make sure that old soles are clean and dry.
For Women’s shoes, tear off the pre-cut edge, remove the protection and press “Grip” to the surface, rub to remove air bubbles.
For Men’s shoes, “Grip” has already the correct size, remove the protection and press in place as previously explained.
